Pour vos vacances en famille ou pour votre travail, notre appartement de 66 m2 pour 4 à 6 personnes est proche du cœur de Paris et vous assure un séjour de qualité.
Classé 4 étoiles par la préfecture " DE17-1195-RAGOT ", il est parfaitement équipé et a été entièrement rénové récemment, il se loue pour une semaine et plus (2 mois maximum). Nous l'occupons plusieurs mois par an, il est donc en parfait état et vous vous y sentirez "comme chez vous"
De très grandes facilités de transports, dont le métro et le train, permettent des déplacements rapides. Si vous venez en voiture, notre parking privé, accessible directement par l'ascenseur, vous assure un emplacement sécurisé. Nombreux commerces à proximité, quartier tranquille et très recherché, dans une des plus jolies villes de la couronne de Paris
Prix selon le nombre de personnes et la saison. Le ménage final est en sus, il est obligatoire.
Durant votre séjour, possibilité de ménage supplémentaire sur demande
Le linge de lit et toilette est fourni, ainsi que le linge de cuisine.

Apartment 4* NO SMOKING for 4 to 6 people, 66m2 with balcony, entirely renovated
You have: entrance, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets, private parking, basement.
04th and last floor of an ancient renovated building, with elevator, balcony, gardens, security guard and buzz code. Facing North East/South West, on a quiet street. Has all the equipment and can be rented for few days, a week.
Kitchen: contains a kitchen table with a TV. Washing machine , tumble-dryer, induction hob , large oven, micro waves, large fridge, freazer, coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, blender etc. All the dishes and pots necessary for 6 people, iron board and iron.
Living room: traditional wooden floor with fire place (wood on request with supplement), 10 m2 balcony, sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 190), 2 leather chairs, dîner table, TV with fiber,(CNN, BBC, SKY NEWS, BLOOMBERG, TVE, Netflix, etc...) DVD player, radio, internet WIFI and Ethernet, fan.
Bedroom 1: traditional wooden floor. Bed (180 x 200) with 2 table side, large closet with 20 hangers. Security box. Balcony, fan.

Located rue de la Gare to Levallois-Perret nice and secure city, 600 m to Paris, with many public transports
Charles de Gaulle or Orly airports, are 30/45 mn by taxi or bus. Walking 15 mn you have the subway (line 3) stations Louise Michel or Anatole France. Located 150/ 200 m train station Clichy-Levallois and 6 min by this train (line L) from Gare St Lazare and from the heart of Paris (grands magasins : Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, Madeleine, faubourg St Honoré, Opéra, Concorde, Montmartre). Trains every 5 to 10mins depending on the time. From Gare St Lazare: Eurodisney by RER (45 mn), Gare de Lyon and Le Louvre (15 mn),
By car, 10mn from Palais des Congres, 15mn from l'Arc de Triomphe, from the Champs Elysées, from Bois de Boulogne and from La Défense area.
Other transportation: , bus 341 (stop 150 m), for Place de l'Etoile and Champs Elysées (3 stops =15 mn) or for porte Clignancourt and "marché aux puces" , bus 53 to go to the Opéra, bus 94 for La Madeleine, place de la Concorde, musée d'Orsay,Saint Germain des Prés and Montparnasse.
